He's blaming "murder and crime" in one of the safest parts of the city because the real problem is "landlords." Almost like that's the whole gambit.

This a big deal: "China’s carbon dioxide emissions have been flat or falling for 18 months"
China's economy has grown by ~5% in the last year, so this comprehensively debunks the idea (again) that emissions are tied to growth. So yes, faster progress needed, but this is how you turn the corner.

This, but with society as the unit of analysis is basically my whole thing right now. Get out your vision boards for parallel institution building. Nope. Don’t tell me what can’t be done. Tell me how we figure out how to do it.

The 50-year mortgage thing has to be coming from Vance. It's just one more step towards Peter Thiel's vision of modern serfdom. Debt bondage and all.
Ingraham: Is a 50 year mortgage really a good idea?
Trump: It’s not even a big deal. You go from 40 years to 50

Target continues to be the easiest boycott of my life for two reasons:
1. They really don't stock anything I can't get elsewhere, often for cheaper
2. They just can't seem to stop themselves from pulling shit like this

"Store employees are now required to smile if they are within 10 feet of a shopper.
They also must make eye contact with and wave to or greet the customer.
If they’re within four feet, the employee should ask how the customer’s day is going or if they need help."
🙄 Won't stop the boycott, y'all.

A thing you're not seeing if you haven't checked Twitter in the last week is all the political betting markets (Polymarket, Kalshi) are actively caping for Cuomo and spreading Zohran conspiracies on there. Usually this would be a cause for some sort of regulatory oversight but that no longer exists.
