You can disagree and argue as much as you like but the point of evaluating something scientifically is that not every statement should be given equal credence because evidence matters
Charlie Kirk's org's main purpose was to surveil, terrorize, and force the firing of college professor's he disagreed with. He was a committed, tireless opponent of free speech and democracy. 1

As someone who spent many hours listening to Kirk’s show on AM radio, I would say that he made Rush Limbaugh seem like Walter Cronkite by comparison, in terms of rhetorical tone and empirical rigor. The subtext of every show was “You don’t hate the left enough.”

This is exactly right. There is no reason for Cook to sue. The letter has done nothing. In her lawsuit, tho, the court may assume the letter is valid, refuse to enjoin Trump, and find instead that she is out of the job pending the litigation. This is what has happened in other recent cases
The implication is that the rest of the Board is accepting her firing, and that she has been removed. Not good. The better strategy would be to continue work as normal and make Trump get an order removing her.

Let’s not forget that all Colombia asked was that the United States commit that deported persons will be treated humanely. That is what Trump is refusing to do, and why he is slapping tariffs on Colombia
