If Trump is convicted of treason c/would the govt seize his assets? The US Treasury could sure use all that unconstitutional/illegal crypto profit & who knows what we'll have to fix in a few more mos. It's a real question

Anybody fully understand Musk's potential legal liability for govt data theft? If the Privacy Act & CFAA are voided bc DOGE was 'authorized' but the court rules DOGE was itself not legal by exec order &/or the WH sticks with 'EM has no auth over DOGE' and is just a govt employee, where are we?
