The USAID budget last year was $44B which amounts to about $130 per citizen ($11/month). All to help vaccinate children and provide food, clean water, medicines to impoverished human beings. Let’s face it, these are very hateful, amoral people making these decisions. Starting with Musk aka Dr. Evil.
