It's a good week for protein structure prediction in #SBGrid. #alphafold 3 inference went out today. That's a "use your own model" situation, registration required for download.
Fixes for AF2 for some newer GPUs went out. And we released Boltz-1 on Monday. Maybe I should go out of town more often...

I’m not against encouraging young people to consider science as a career but I think we ought to be honest with them about how much time they’ll spend managing python environments
