Last month, a federal judge held that the US sent Venezuelans to El Salvador in March w/out due process, and they needed to get that due process now, even though they're in Venezuela. DOJ said that's not "feasible" with Venezuela "in flux" post-Maduro

The out-party typically gains ground points as Election Day approaches. Democrats lead by 4.4 now — and historical patterns suggest they'll land around +7 in November. Similar to 2018.

Confirmed federal agents also going house to house today in Columbia Heights, a near-north racially diverse suburb of Minneapolis.
Bovino is on the ground doing door to door raids in St. Paul Minnesota at this hour.

These house raids are being done by a mix of ice and customs and boarder patrol including bortac teams.
