If I’m being honest, I’m feeling pretty crap about my small business.

It’s so bloody difficult at the moment with rising costs, US tariffs, Brexit nonsense and the threat of AI.

Please have a look at what I do and repost to spread the word gailmyerscough.co.uk

Pretty sure if you’re a dog owner it’s some sort of law that, when you’ve finished eating something, you have to hold up both hands and turn them to show both sides whilst saying “All gone” to your dog to prove you’re not holding out and hiding food from them.

To sue for defamation, Liz Truss has to show "serious harm" (section 1 of the Defamation Act). The more you retweet this the easier it will be for her to show serious harm leaving her nowhere to hide when she doesn't.

You know what to do!
Liz Truss crashed the economy. And I'm happy to accept service of proceedings at Good Law Project's registered address.

So enjoy these early episodes where you are confronted with contestants you hadn’t registered/had forgotten about since yesterday. Who are some of these people at breakfast? #thetraitors #traitors

The housing crisis in this country isn’t just about the lack of homes available, it’s about the many people who are stuck in damp, mouldy and dangerous homes that are making them ill.

I reported on a particularly grim example this week 🧵

For the UK it would be nice if the public commentary on Trump moved beyond the continued replaying of the Brexit vote (ie not rejoin or US trade deal) to what exposure the UK has and how we might play the situation.

Brilliantly powerful writing from James Rebanks (@herdyshepherd.bsky.social) as ever. Given the media reporting you'd be forgiven for thinking farmers just want to keep their £millions from inheritance tax. The truth is far different.
