Does it matter if he committed a crime? Nobody stopped him so far for any of his crimes. Just add this one to the list. America is lawless when it comes to Trump. He can do anything he wants.
The White House exterior is protected by law, its historic façade can’t be altered. Presidents may redecorate private quarters or offices inside, but any exterior change must pass strict review by preservation authorities to safeguard America’s most iconic home. Is this a crime?
