I will not resist Microsoft's change of default typeface from Calibri to Aptos. In fact, I hail it as a good move. I quite like the quirky little curve at the bottom of the lowercase 'l' (ell)—a nod to serif in a sans-serif typeface. Let's hear it for artistry! (Cue the roar of crowd cheering.)

In a book on decluttering, I recently saw a photo of a tidy box that held "a reasonable amount of tea." Reasonable is subjective, sez I. Here is my interpretation of the measure.
