Border Patrol agents detained people outside of a Home Depot and a convenience store. They pulled over drivers on roads running between farms. Only 1 person out of the 78 detained had a prior criminal or immigration history, data show.

To make the VA more efficient, you could stop outsourcing health care, which is more expensive & lower quality. Or you could stop the privatization of its electronic medical record system, a costly boondoggle.
