I was confused when I read Justice KBJ issued the stay, but knew there had to be a good reason- tbh, I’m still a bit confused re the inner workings of the process,
Justice KBJ is a brilliant strategist. She is working the rules to compel timely review of the stay in the SNAP case by both the Circuit Court and by the Supreme Court. This is why knowing which SCOTUS justice has supervision of the Circuit you file in is essential.

If this evidence ever sees the light of day, I want prosecutors, judges, and juries to see it, but I have absolutely no interest in viewing any of it.
