When I was announced as the lead in a Doctor Who spinoff in 2023 Graham Linehan tweeted about me for TWO DAYS, tagging the BBC and others to say that I am pro-child abuse and they shouldn't work with me.

Let’s clear up some facts. There is no such thing as an “illegal immigrant”. The UK DOES NOT grant asylum visas overseas, except for very limited schemes (except large schemes for Ukraine and Hong Kong).Refugees can only claim for asylum when in the UK. So their fate can only be decided, once here.

Killing Thatcher is an excellent book by Rory Carroll, dealing primarily with the bombing of the Grand Hotel in Brighton by the IRA. Very well written and researched, it gives a detailed and balanced view of both sides of the story. #booksky

Nine months on and Labour are still sticking to their promise not to penalise ‘Working People,’ by focusing instead on those who can’t work or are retired.

BBC #newsnight journalist claiming Trump and Vance want respect. Unbelievable. They want subservience, nothing less. They don't understand what respect means.

Motion tabled by MK leader Dick Cole opposing a 'South West Peninsula Mayoral Strategic Authority being imposed on Cornwall' overwhelmingly supported.

Democratically elected representatives send a strong message to Westminster of what we actually want for Cornwall.

Just finished The Cauldron by Zeno. An amazing story about the battle of Arnhem during WWII, described in such detail as to make you feel you are there, whilst being very happy that you actually weren't! Big up to @almurray.bsky.social and all at WHW for getting it back in print. #booksky

Mix Musk's interventions with Starmer's unpopularity, is it possible to separate the truth from the lies?

Sickening to see Lib Dem MP @tessamunt.bsky.social and Wiltshire council leader Richard Clewer scoffing and sneering while Perran Moon talks about Cornish national status and our right to our own devolution.

Denying our national identity? Doesn’t Tessa know a Cornish Assembly is Lib Dem policy?

Maybe because middle class women of a certain age are in a position to call out this shit without fear of losing a salary they need. And can do it on behalf of young women starting out in their careers who are just as sick of this shit but can’t say anything because they need to earn a living.

Hi @jimmcmahon.co.uk, the Cornish are a recognised national minority.

It would not be democratic for a Mayor mostly elected by Devon and supported by mostly Devon-based members to make policy related to Cornish language, heritage, culture and economic rights.

We have a right to our own devolution.
