Yes & during that meeting, councillors had a message for Labour's Luke Pollard MP (Plymouth Sutton/Devonport) to stop email-spamming Cornwall Councillors in an attempt to influence their decision.

Leader of Devon County Council seems to suggest that Cornwall is being insular and parochial by not accepting a Devonwall Mayor.
