The free programme runs for eight weeks and is open to women aged 18 and over with a BMI of 28 or above.

Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service has attended multiple incidents linked to Storm Bram, including vehicles stuck in floodwater and reports of arcing power lines and flooding.

Please take extra care and NEVER drive through floodwater. Just 30cm of water can float a car.
