Decent chap. 〓〓
I still have the original. First album I ever bought, from Woolies in St. Austell. Was going to buy Pipes of Peace by Paul McCartney, but my brother persuaded me to buy that instead. Still haven't forgiven him.

Killing Thatcher is an excellent book by Rory Carroll, dealing primarily with the bombing of the Grand Hotel in Brighton by the IRA. Very well written and researched, it gives a detailed and balanced view of both sides of the story. #booksky

Still buzzing from @psbhq.bsky.social rocking the hell out of the Hall for Cornwall last night. Absolutely brilliant gig. Been humming Gagarin all morning so far! 🧑‍🚀

Just finished The Cauldron by Zeno. An amazing story about the battle of Arnhem during WWII, described in such detail as to make you feel you are there, whilst being very happy that you actually weren't! Big up to @almurray.bsky.social and all at WHW for getting it back in print. #booksky

Enjoyed reading Fake History by @fakehistoryhunt.bsky.social. An illuminating read written in a very entertaining and fun (though at times serious) way! #booksky

Just finished the Western Kingdom by John Fletcher. I enjoyed it enormously, a great read and very illuminating. Nice to find out that Cornwall is the oldest nation in the UK! #cornwall #booksky
