The new blasphemy: you can be fired or deported for being insufficiently worshipful of Charlie Kirk
I knew that Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was an important guy on the Right and had a lot of friends in high places – hello there in the Oval Office – but I didn’t realize he had become a god...

Does anyone remember that trump pretty much promised we would never have to vote again if he's elected? Why do yo think he wants his "Big Ugly Bill" passed now? Well, make a wild guess . . . .

So trump is threatening Iran with more bombing if he doesn't get a Nobel PEACE Prize, right? Pete Hezgeth, our "smart" Secretary of Defense, has stated this was the most complicated raid in history; it isn't. It wasn't laid out in the six months trump has been president. Joe Biden gets that credit.

A billion is a thousand millions; there are about 330 million people in the United States. That means he could give everyone in the United States $1000 and still have 47 billion left!!! What he's giving out for political reasons is a pittance to him. See previous post.

Musk gave out several $million dollar checks . . . he makes about $2.27 million an hour without working, so he still had $700 thousand left of his one hour income. Then he goes right back to his $2.27 million per hour income. His net worth (Forbes) is somewhere around $347 billion.

Just saying.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren: "If Pete Hegseth had even a sliver of self respect and sense of honor, he would have already put his resignation on the president's desk. And if he's not willing to do that, then the President of the United States has a moral, and in my view, legal obligation to fire him."

This has always been the GOP's strategy:

1) Cut taxes for the wealthy & corporations by claiming they'll pay for themselves.

2) Explode the deficit.

3) Demand cuts to vital programs that help millions.

4) Repeat.

Don't let them get away with it.

“The president’s not going to be around forever,” a Republican business executive told WaPo. “In four years, you have a different administration.”

Just what the German industrialists said in the ‘30s.
Trump has a plan to remake the economy. But he’s not explaining it very well.
President Trump has claimed his economic plan could cause brief pain while the nation advances to a new “Golden Age.” But officials have been less clear about what that destination will look like.

Donald Trump just illegally fired two independent commissioners at the FTC who fight big corporations that abuse consumers and workers.

Why? Trump's billionaire donors expect a return on their investment. He works for them, not you.

The courts must reinstate the commissioners.
