If you think Trump's bad polling doesn't matter, I hope you reconsider after tonight's elections. Maybe his unpopularity doesn't affect *his* behavior, but it definitely impacts tons of other people—including many GOP voters who are either switching sides or staying home.

In every company there are hundreds of things you can't afford to hire people to do. Tedious, voluminous work that has mistakes that are often expensive. Going forward companies will hire new college grads who can do Agentic AI, which will soon be all of them , to write agents to do these jobs

If it were any SCOTUS other than the Roberts Court, as currently constituted, this case would be a no brainer. But because this Court is politicized, untethered to precedent, and has handed down many decisions that are obviously poorly reasoned and disastrous to implement, no one should rest easy.

Right? Why would they bother to take such a case? It’s settled. Not sure how else it can be interpreted. I don’t have faith that it is to settle the matter iNCE and for all. But we shall see.
