As disappointing as the SC decision is, it feels more like an admittance of the unspoken status quo.
What I mean by this is, Bush would have been liable for what happened during WOT, Obama for indiscriminate drone strikes, etc...what really surprised me was the chevron ruling.

I want un-smart tvs again.
I'm so sick of my glorified monitor requiring software updates, logging all my data, being stuffed full of bloatware.
If you want hdmi ports and modern resolution, everything is DaaS and it fucking blows.
