I agree. It’s really, REALLY sick and should be treated as such. Acquiescing to the creation of a world in which there is no decency, no lines to be crossed, no deference or respect for others, b/c you’re “strategically focused” on Trump’s tariffs misses the magnitude of Trump’s macabre project.
What kills me is that “joking” about becoming the leader of a religion you don’t practice during the mourning period of its former leader ought to be a giant story in and of itself, what are we doing here?!?
