I think it shows that institutions that folded either made a huge miscalculation about the strength of the administration (many journalists, law firms) or actively wanted to partner with the administration on common goals (Columbia)
If we make it through this dark period with democracy intact, it may be because the administration's incompetence was greater than its depravity.
