SOTU seats are not assigned. There are general seating areas for each body (House, Senate, SCOTUS,etc) but there are honored seats for each party’s leadership and they’re even trying to squat those.

Privatizing means our tax money goes to making someone wealthy instead of maintaining public control & using the money for maintain and expand services and infrastructure. It bugs me to no end how people don't see privatization as make THAT GUY (those guys) very wealthy & screw the rest of us.
