Maduro is a shit human being, but this indictment has problems. If this is the standard then Mexico could declare the NRA a terrorist organization, kidnap Trump and put him on trial for the illegal trafficking of guns into Mexico. Pam Bondi is a terrible lawyer or all legal standards are gone.

I think it's clear at this point the Supreme Court is in the same situation Trump was in during the 2024 election. They've descended into such a deep level of public corruption that they've legally screwed themselves the second Democrats take power again. So they're going to just rig everything.

I think we need to stop pretending the Supreme Court cares about its legitimacy anymore. They think they're safe from any level of public backlash because Republicans are going to institute one-party rule. As long as they're ruling in favor of Republican decrees they're free to do anything they want
