JUST IN: Democrat Paloma Aguirre has won the race for the San Diego County board, as her opponent conceded today.
This gives Dems a 3-2 majority on SD board, in nation's 5th largest county.
Dems flipped the county in 2020, but lost their majority in January when a Dem very unexpectedly resigned.
