Question for legal types: I am not familiar with the USSC's decision re presidential immunity, but I am not aware that it expanded presidential authority. So, if a president acts outside the bounds of their lawful authority, would those acts constitute an "official act"? Yet to be decided?

Is concern regarding conflicts of interest entirely irrelevant at this point? The pecuniary interests of so many proposed for the administration are so intertwined it is mind boggling. And no one is talking about disinvestment or other protective measures. Have I missed something?
