Okay, I can't let this one go. I live in Ireland, not the UK, but the use of this image by a supposedly socialist party is so stupid and offensive, I'm going to get stuck in.

Let me explain to you why any experienced illustrator/designer could have stopped you making so many miserable mistakes. 1/

Love that a central point of tension at the end of the the film is "Will Bond shoot a woman?", and mum is just sat here going "Shoooot her. Put that bitch in a hole. Make her number one with a bullet. It's "Kiss kiss bang bang" not "kiss kiss have a good cry" fuck her shit up."
Mum suggested watching a film together and, even if she's not much of a Bond fan she's got a big thing for Brosnan (imagine watching a Bond film because there's a hot person in it. I never would), so continuing his 30th anniversary Brosnaissance with the time he destroyed the Millenium Dome.

Always love that Star Trek correctly predicted everything about tablets except the idea you could keep more than one thing on them at a time, so every character has dozens of them.
THE WORST!! when i can't remember which ipadd I saved the delivery service menu on and DIVATOX! is pushing me to finally place my order

I see people are fan-casting that notoriously thin-skinned and name-searching actor as Doctor Who again (his name rhymes with Geese Beer-Pith) and no, seriously no. He couldn't handle Doctor Who fandom. It would ruin his life.

Clearly Timothy Dalton was too powerful for my telly last night, as it's decided to do an update adding more AI crap (a concierge? Really?).

Worst, it's TFHypeguy powered AI.

Today on Jetman, did you know girls love shopping and men hate it?
Going for this gag when Gai clearly would spend hours sampling soap in Lush feels a bit forced.

Also, I've seen people mention a few times Sentai used to do annual "swinsuit" episodes with the girls, are we heading for awkwardness?

Being 44 means double X so I stay on track whilst I'm away!

Casting to the big TV so I don't have that odd aspect ratio struggle the one in the bedroom does.

So J can appreciate the new baddy and direction properly! I'll say this for X, he's efficient, onto his second set of villains.

Having a quiet birthday, but got this beast of a book from mum.

Kinda adorably, despite being an English market book, it looks like it completely ignores the American stuff.

Which is a shame, because I want the oral history of Godzooky.

Well, I'd been putting it off because I couldn't find sanely priced tickets and was worried about the rail replacement bus on the way back, but I've booked my trains for Reading! Using Uber of all bloody things, 30 quid cheaper than anywhere else I'd tried.

Still a big stretch on a bus back though.

Turns out I was being born as Earthshock was filming and Carnival of Monsters Part 2 was being repeated.

Explains a lot.
OTD 1981: The Five Faces of #DoctorWho – Carnival of Monsters
The first Third Doctor I saw on TV is the most un-Pertwee of Pertwees and a fantastic repeat choice!
Clever
Funny
Great monsters
Brilliantly entertaining:

Or does it?

Just enough time before my birthday weekend film for the Prisoner!

Not quite the first time a drama did a definitive "Final" episode (The Fugitive was just before), but a big grand trend setter that was so controversial Patrick McGoohan left the county. Extraordinary, insane, messy and beautiful.
