It's not just the fact that they're evil. It's not just the way they are working very hard to make 'asylum seekers' and 'illegal migrants' into interchangeable synonyms for each other. It's the glee with which they communicate these things. They take uncontainable joy in the suffering of others.

At least someone is trying to do something about this, but don't hold your breath because Ofcom has repeatedly proved that is utterly supine when it comes to enforcing the broadcasting act against GB News.

By mimicking Reform to win back support, the Labour government is making a serious mistake. This race to the bottom emboldens Farage, punishes vulnerable people, amplifies racism, and undermines those working to hold communities together.
