Few things make me so fucking mad as the cases like this where it is abundantly clear that the GOP sees diseases as punishments to wield against those who do not conform to their twisted vision of morality, and that therefore prevention of disease is itself immoral.

Add this to the avalanche of "godawful insurance denial stories" that have surfaced over the past days. Hopefully this will all lead to a serious discussion about the US healthcare insurance industry. It's hellishly corrupt. I think most of us on "both sides" can agree with that. #DelayDenyDefend

Basically it seems the conservative justices will freely cherrypick both history and European laws to support a preferred outcome, but ignore them in all other cases. Which is not a legitimate way to do originalism or comparative legal analysis!
