Does this mean N.S. Premier Houston thinks he can do all the communicating himself, with the help of his mean-spirited communications director, Stephen Moore? It bodes very badly for the comms staff and government transparency in N.S. I don’t recall this being in the PC campaign platform either.

Cities will be all like "its snowing, please don't drive if you can avoid it, it's dangerous to drive in the snow," and then do shit like this to make driving the only real choice to get around.
