The reality of North Korea punditry is that *very* few people *remotely* have an idea of what Kim Jong Un is up to, and even then, they haven’t had an informed take since probably 2019-20. Yet “experts” are asked to opine and speculate and it becomes headline news. Yes, the media fuels this, I know.

The key to keeping cars out of bikes lanes isn’t education. It’s physical barriers.

Common pattern when interpreting public input:

In a neighborhood of 10K+ people.

3 people complain about a bike lane = Most residents are against the bike lane

50 people say they want the bike lane = Cyclists are loud, they don't represent everyone

This is the most obvious thing I’ve ever said in a post, but renters are citizens of a city. Full citizens. Because of course they are. Anyone who suggests otherwise isn’t just clueless about the affordability struggles that cities face — they’re clueless about the essential reality of cities.
More than two thirds of New Yorkers are tenants. Andrew Cuomo compared them to hotel guests.

We need a Mayor who will bring our city together around an agenda to lower costs for everyone, whether they rent or own.

he's correct here

I've said it before, and will say it again: In refusing to combat the economic crises facing the working class, Democrats create opportunities for the Right to pretend to be the populists. This is an example of that.
