Really excited by this article from @idpharmacometrx.bsky.social et al. Protamine as the prototype for megalin blockade to reduce/delay kidney accumulation of vanc (and maybe colistin and aminoglycosides…). But also an excellent VIKI overview, fab pics 💕

1) real time GFR measurements
2) injury biomarkers
3) progression to RRT (in a prospective manner).
Meta-analysis is good as a stop gap. It is time to fill the gap.
