There's no point to these online spaces anymore. X is just filled with bots and Nazis, Instagram is mainly AI slop, narcissists, and entertainers pushing their brand. Facebook is unusable and BlueSky just about forbids any type of interaction. Maybe it's time I relearned how to read books/be bored.

None of this would be happening if the cool black kids at Sixth Form college hadn't dragged Kemi about her horse-batty-hair braids and dry legs. If just one of those girls had said something nice about her weave or offered her some cocoa butter, we'd not be here now.

As someone who mainly only listens to 90s R&B, D'Angelo is very much a current artist for me. Absolutely gutted he died. Damn. Him and Angie Stone in the same year. Damn.

Just seen the Starfleet Academy trailer. I can already tell they've once again adopted a ten episode, story-arc driven, pew-pew heavy, approach. Is there a reason we can't have nice things anymore? All they had to do was make Buffy the Vampire Slayer in space.

Final day of a week of annual leave, which I took to avoid being fired for telling quite a few people about themselves. The question is, do I spend my last day completing chores that will set me up for a good return to work, or should I press self-destruct and download Dwarf Fortress from Steam?
