No really I think about this at least once a week while I’m washing my lower body 😭
Especially because the thing about “seeing” is that USUALLY what is foreseen is based on the current circumstance & variables. More than often, changing a few actions, decisions, or conditions can & does alter the outcome. Visions, prophecies & predictions aren’t always fixed. Some say they nvr are.

I cried in yoga today. I released so much and it was so deeply restorative. Our instructor being an elder black woman, sharing such deep and rich wisdom with us throughout our practice was medicine to my spirit, body and mind. I feel so held and supported.
