this court is playing games. they are basically allowing him to break the law without letting him break the law. they have removed every stay the lower court has placed on this administration sans the due process ruling. it's frankly disgraceful.
The Roberts court allows Trump's gutting of the Education Dep't in a lawless ruling.

Justice Sotomayor, in dissent, wrote that "it is the Judiciary’s duty to check ... lawlessness, not expedite it."

My Law Dork report on this very bad Monday:

what is happening to our legal system is tragic
Friendly reminder that Judge Boasberg tried to initiate criminal contempt proceedings in this case, but his order was “administratively stayed” by the D.C. Circuit….in April.
DOJ whistleblower Erez Reuveni says Drew Ensign made a false statement to Judge Boasberg during a hearing on Alien Enemies Act removals.

If Reuveni’s right, it wasn’t the only time Ensign misled the court.

For a political party that claims they want to reduce the bureaucracy they sure are going to sign into a law a bill with a whole lot of bureaucracy to regulate poor people. They are only stripping regulation from rich people!!!! PAY ATTENTION!

If your take is "I oppose Trump's fascism but support him lawlessly bombing this other country" maybe pause and give that a think.

DefSec Pete Hegseth was asked at Pentagon presser about the US intelligence community conclusion that Iran was NOT proceeding with a nuclear weapons program.

He refused to answer and praised Donald Trump.

That’s one big tell.

Bingo 💯🎯
You’re a special kind of delusional if you think you can bomb Iran and expect peace.

The Nazis studied the black codes and later the Jim Crow laws in the Southern US to set up their own oppressive system for Jews.
Nobody talks about how the fascists also have historians who’ve studied the Klan and the Nazis and other topics — with the intention of improving on them.

Most people have probably forgotten about this.
Just add it to the ridiculously long list of laws broken in 5 months. 😡😡😡😡
Because kicking the can down the road is policy now
