Imagine asking someone to adopt your child in case you are deported, and you don't want your child to go to a hell hole with you. This is what folks working with immigrants are hearing. Yes, cruelty is the point.

At the 100 lowest-paying major US companies, CEO pay averaged $17.2M in 2024.
Median worker pay at these companies was just $35,570.
That’s a ratio of 632 to 1.
How can anyone defend this?
