SB 382, the "Sore Loser" bill Republicans passed yesterday over Gov. Cooper's veto, spends $0 new dollars for Western NC.

But it does spend $250,000 dollars to fund a GOP-stacked state government agency's lawsuits against coastal local governments. 🤷‍♂️
