Following a tense meeting to review EV plans for the 2026 primary, the @ncsbe approved a Guilford County plan that will eliminate voting access for students at North Carolina A&T State University, the nation's largest public HBCU.⁠

Our research found that post-election protests in 2024 were primarily politically motivated and produced no credible evidence of voting irregularities. SB 747's extended challenge deadline undermined due process by allowing challenges just two days before the Canvass.

Our County Board of Elections Report uncovered this: SB 747 eliminated the three-day grace period for mail ballots in 2024. Result? 2,708 ballots were rejected solely for arriving after Election Day. #NCpol
