Humans who have avoidant attachment styles often have decreased empathy and are ego-protecting. They have weaknesses of honesty, transparency, and loyalty to people. They are often loyal to a cause. They deflect shame and perceived intrusion. It's one of the most untreated MH issues.

The Trump administration spent $167,000 to destroy $9.7 million worth of birth control and other contraceptives that were supposed to go to low-income countries. Imagine hating helping so much that you’d actually spend money just to make sure others don’t get help.

Four years ago, I tested for COVID. I'd had dinner with someone with cancer the night before. Thanks to the vaccine, I did not give that dinner companion COVID. And I only ran a low-grade fever for a few days. Fuck that idiot RFK Jr. and the equally stupid buffoon who hired him.
