Now that former Conservative MP Chris d'Entremont has crossed the floor to become a Liberal MP, Nova Scotia has zero Conservative MPs.
This is just one Nova Scotian bear's opinion, but this feels like the perfect number of Tory MPs.

I disinfect the 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitor after each patient uses it, but now I'm thinking I should just soak it in a bucket of bleach after each use instead.
I'm currently wearing a blood pressure holter monitor for a study and have to keep track of my activity for 24 hours
The pamphlet lists the stuff i should write down including walking, getting into an argument and even sexual relations
So I'm like damn, people get laid with this thing on?

I'm going to miss driving over this rusty ol' bridge every day. I suspect the new replacement bridge will be some drab looking structure.

During two workplace meetings in the past week, two different coworkers called me a teddy bear (we were discussing how we manage challenging situations with others - apparently I give off a calm, wouldn't hurt a fly vibe)
I feel so warm and fuzzy inside now. This made me a very happy bear. 🐻❄️
