So it appears the Killarney Kebab joke - which didn't even have that big of a reach outside of the most online parts of Irish twitter - has driven local far right activist and chef Paul Treyvaud completely insane, as he's started stalking and harassing people over it. A thoroughly normal man!!

Conspiracy theory: Nvidia, Microsoft et al are happy to invest in OpenAI knowing it's not and never will be profitable, because the long term plan isn't to support OpenAI, but to strip it for IP and various other parts once the music stops

Funny watching Paul Murphy and John Clendennen on RTÉ the other day. Clendennen keeps saying "we need a debate about migration" to which Murphy says "okay lets have a debate", and then Clendennen just keeps saying "we need to have a debate". Its very clear what Fine Gael are trying to do here!

Most of the takes from Irish and wider European posters I've seen about the elections in the US have been absolute nonsense but you know what? They deserve it for all the stupid, bad commentary they've given on our elections over the years. Keep the insane claims coming imo

I have already ended up in a argument today with someone saying I shouldn't assume it was a far-right fire attack on an IPAS centre (following a number of far-right fire attacks on IPAS centres) because it was probably "kids messing with fireworks" so this is worth hammering home I think
So it wasn't fireworks. It was a calculated and deliberate attempt at the mass murder of men, women and children.
