Got given some Montreal Steak Spice and realized upon reading the ingredients that sea salt, pepper, garlic, coriander, fennel and dill are a perfect Borscht spice waiting to happen, so used it as a stew rub and perfect borscht ensued. #🍽️ #addmepleasechef
