Georgia Tech dissolves LGBTQ+ Pride Alliance, Women’s Resource Center, Black tech group amid DEI concerns

Georgia Tech has announced that the LGBTQIA+ Resource Center (LRC) and other groups for marginalized students will be dissolved amid attacks on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives nationwide. In a statement posted on Feb. 26, the Georgia Tech Pride Alliance announced that the LRC, Women’s Resource Center, and Black Culture, Innovation, and Technology would all be preemptively dissolved and moved under the Arts, Belonging, and Community Department.

If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it.
Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and it’s your choice.
But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word.
They aren’t firing for a reason.
