The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has confirmed three new wolf packs — Tunnison, Ash Pan, and Ishi — bringing the state’s total to 10 recognized packs. This marks a hopeful step forward for wolf recovery and coexistence in the Golden State.

My large Smithsonian coffee mug inspired me to visit all 19 locations in DC in a year. I made multiple visits to the museums of Natural History, Hirshhorn, both Air and Space locations, and American Art. All free of charge, except for the exits through the gift shops. Protect the Smithsonian.

Federal civilian employees account for just 4% of the federal budget. Even if someone like Musk—or any president—fired all of us, it wouldn’t make much of a dent in government spending. Don’t fall for it.
