Yep, it's him: Karl Freiherr von Drais, the madcap inventor who decided to put one wheel in front of another and make it go. His Laufmaschine ("running machine"), created in 1817, was the earliest form of bicycle.

There are multiple things Peter Dutton does not understand about people being able to work from home. He has obviously not had to get on packed public transport or roads at peak times when EVERYONE has to travel. Peak hour costs EVERYONE time, money & stress. #insiders
