The very day that California passed the redistricting bill, we received an opposition mailer, and another the next day. Democrats need to step up their game.

The Trump admin made it official: they are coming after the University of California. What is at stake is not just research grant funding for UCLA, but the future of federal funding for the UC system, California’s political autonomy, and public higher education across the U.S.

Someone please remind me again why universities insist on paying so much money for external expertise that is usually inferior to that of the experts they already employ?

Blue state Govs (hopefully including Virginia after November) need to coordinate efforts & make a concerted pushback. Piecemeal resistance will not ultimately protect residents to the extent needed.

IMO @governorwalz.mn.gov is the perfect Gov to lead that effort, but someone needs to step up.

The city of LA operates summer camps at over 100 rec centers, including the one where I send my kids. As I wrote yesterday, some parents I know are too scared to send their kids to camp in public parks or even use the playgrounds there, even before what happened on Monday

I am grieving the barbarism that is going to unfurl from all this. People are going to die. Livelihoods gone. All to feed a corrupt kleptocracy.

I see every day up close how different it is from the first time around. There are no guardrails. A disaster. I’m sorry we have to live through this.

My name is Shawn Harris. I am a Democrat, husband, father, Retired Brigadier General, farmer, and I'm running against MTG. Can you spread the word?
