Unskippable online training modules that I do not get paid to complete and I get fined if I don’t do them?? It keeps getting worse. (Required to do this unpaid nonsense for 3 different clinical jobs)

Cholent! Layer in crock pot: dried beans, dried barley, onion, potato, garlic, carrot/sweet potato, salt, pepper, squeeze of tomato paste/ketchup, cheapest beef available (or leave out & make it veg), cover w water, can add some bullion. Cook overnight on low.

When politicians discuss autism, pay attention to who they say they’re helping. You’ll find it’s almost always “families” or “parents of kids with autism,” rather than #autistic people ourselves. Their primary concern is the burden we supposedly impose on others. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
