We have a shared family calendar. Things get added immediately when scheduled. Location sharing also helps a ton with the “where are you??” issues.

You can often go to a salon and just ask for a hair wash without blow dry and it’s usually really cheap (cold hair wash showers suuuuucccckkkk)
