Today the Senate passed a continuing resolution that cuts DC’s budget by over $1 billion of our own tax dollars. Then they passed a bill to restore our budget, which now goes back to the House. But DC isn't a line item, and Congress shouldn't be playing politics with our city.

The first Trans person connected to my life to die by suicide, happened the day after the 2024 election. He was 15. How many children's deaths will it take for the salience of this issue to matter?

The big thing about formulating a response to Trump 2.0 is to reckon with the fact that most of the people who plan street protests are in jail, right now.

One cool thing about being a massive dyke in organizing settings is that the workers don't have to guess who the union organizer is... They can tell! I don't have to wear a 'uniform' for them to reflexively understand who in the hospital cafeteria is there to organize them around their class.
