This is why I’m tired all the time. At least the space lasers thing was funny. But they can’t do that because they lack originality and don’t have a single new thought in their heads, they just need to recycle the same old crap. Centuries old stuff that doesn’t even make sense. I’m so exhausted.

Finally back in the house. Here’s hoping everything is taken care of. I don’t want to have to bomb again. That’s four and a half hours sitting in the car. Got a good bit of my book read, though. So there’s that, I guess.

Gingersnap messed in her kennel 😭 and we have about 40 minutes before we can get back into the house to clean her up cos she slid right into it when I went up a hill coming back from the bathroom at the gas station. Poor thing.

Hahaha. The blood test and diagnostics for Pancake are $714. Sorry, buddy. I think we’re going to have to live with you pooping around the house a while longer. The vitamin injection is $110 which will also have to wait cos the exam and test for Muffin is $196. I’m exhausted.

Two more hours. Yikes. Gingersnap just finally, FINALLY stopped meowing. Heard from the vet. No parasites for Pancake, so she wants to do bloodwork and give a B-12 injection. I still haven’t gotten Muffin in. 🙃 So I dunno what I’m doing with them.

Thank you!! We’ve set off the flea bombs. Only 3 hrs and 48 min until we can go back in. Then I will have to air it out for half an hour. We are sitting in our cars with the cats until we can go back in cos it’s too cold for the porch. 1/2

I usually can’t eat three brats but I always put them on my plate because hope reigns eternal. I thought that I ate them all on Sunday. But I found half of one behind the chair when I went to sweep behind it and it had little kitty teeth marks all over it. Guess I had help. 🤷♀️🤦♀️

So Pancake was the one who decided to be a little shit tonight. Biscuit was asleep in my arms while Pancake tried to bust into one of the closets. When I got him away, he looked at me before he ran off like I was the meanest mama.

Cats are starting to figure out getting fed twice a day. And I don’t feed them till we’ve eaten, so so far they haven’t acted like total walnuts before food time. I expect them to test boundaries at some point, but for now it’s working.

Why are they coming for ibuprofen? It’s bad enough they’re coming for my mental health meds that I will not survive without. But god, you have to come for my anti-inflammatory pain meds too?
If he’s as good a doctor or medical researcher as he is a writer, I don’t think we’ve got much to worry about. 😏
