Letter from Stephen Parkinson, director of public prosecutions, has also now been released. It's long, but v broad précis is: Matthew Collins (deputy NSA) refused to say China is a threat to national security, as that wasn't govt policy at time of offence.

It is this simple: football has zero responsibility to help the Premier League tackle piracy.
This is a problem they caused in persuit of ever higher revenues and profits.
