It's always been evident that anti-trans hatred gets rewarded and its proponents promoted, but when I heard a transphobic author was being put forward for an LGBT literary prize I didn't expect it to be over national embarrassment, holocaust fanfic writer, and plagiarist John Boyne. That guy!? Hell.

This was always the goal of bathroom bans, to fully push trans people from any semblance of public life, and it won't end there either, the "gender critical" project is currently trying to exert pressure over businesses that hire trans people in the UK, so that trans people are unemployable...
This is legitimately insane. It's not an exaggeration to say this is actually a full on bathroom ban for trans people because they're banned from using spaces of their sex assigned at birth too!

the problem with letting democrats backslide their support of trans rights whether it be trans in sports or using bathrooms is we’ve seen “compromise” in the UK labor party. they gave into “reasonable” TERF demands and it destroyed the labor party and all rights for trans people

Since people are talking about dating and how to not be a weirdo, huge green flag for me is when you check to make sure the other person is comfortable when you're first starting out. Like my bf would be holding my hand for the first time and ask to make sure I was comfortable with it.

We've moved from 'don't say gay' to 'ban trans'. But this time, it's the policy of a 'Labour' Government.
🆕🚨 New statutory Relationships and Sex Education guidance published today will:
- Restrict schools from using materials that "encourage pupils to question their gender"
- Teaches children the laws about "biological sex"
- Removes all references to the word transgender
